They shouldn't be seeing this. He'd had paper work, she'd had a test to run, one of them suggested Chinese. Chinese led to teasing, which turned into something else when she slid her hands over his to help him with the chopsticks. Long story short, the food got cold while they got hot and bothered, crawling under his desk to hide from the security cameras. Tony was rounding second on his way to third when Abby froze, hearing footsteps. Now, they both peeked over the edge of the desk at the pairing on the stairs.

"Ziva?" Tony whispers, eyes wide. "And the Director?"

"There goes rule twelve," Abby grins.
