Summary: Emotional blackmail only works for so long.

Ianto wakes up, still sore from the previous night, to find Jack jerking off with long, slow strokes and a disturbingly familiar, far-away look on his face.

“Jack!” he says, attempting to break the reverie, “you promised!”

Jack’s sigh is both disdainful and frustrated. He doesn’t bother trying to deny that his mind had been on someone else.

“Did you see how hot she looked shooting that scaly bastard? It was amazing.”

His hand is on his cock again, and Ianto thinks he’s going to be unwell.

Ianto is sure Jack is all talk when it comes to the oh-so-married Gwen Cooper, but he can no longer stand sharing any part of Jack, not even his fantasies.

“If you want her that badly, then do it.“

He’s counting on Jack’s chivalry combined with his fear of abandonment to carry the day, since there’s no way Ianto would stay with Jack or Torchwood under those circumstances.

Within seconds Jack is on his feet, reaching for his trousers, and the smile on his face tells Ianto that Gwen is somewhere near at hand and he’s just lost everything he’s been fighting to hold on to.
