“So you’re Jack’s new piece of arse, right?” Susie asked, leading him into the archives. “Must have been the suit,” she continued, eying his bum.

Ianto didn’t bother with a denial; he was still half-nauseated from his “entrance exam.”

“The thing with Jack’s just a temporary perk for new employees. There’s an office pool. I’ve got you down for three weeks. If you want more, your best bet is to play the mystery card. Don’t give your secrets away too soon. You do have secrets, don’t you, Ianto?”

He tried not to wince as he thought of Lisa.

“A few.”
