Aaron Hotchner sat in his office staring at one empty box of tissues and another box nearby that he found dwindling quickly. He groaned as he took another tissues from the box and sneezed, barely getting the tissue to his face in time.

"You should go home," Gideon spoke from the doorway, "You're not doing anyone any good here, and besides, none of us want to share your cold."

"Thank you very much," Aaron frowned, his words resounding with a whine. He had the random thought that his voice hadn't squeaked like that since he'd been a pre-teen.

Gideon continued down the hall while Spencer approached the door. He watched Aaron for a moment before he entered. He gathered Hotch's coat and scarf, "Come on."

"Where are we going?"

"Home," Spencer informed him as he helped Aaron get his coat on, "I think it's time you took care of yourself." When Aaron started to protest, Spencer interrupted him, "Or better yet, let me take care of you."

"Take care of me?" Aaron considered the possibility for the moment, "That would be a first."

"Then it's settled," Spencer escorted Aaron out of the office, stopping only to gather his own coat and scarf. They traveled directly to Spencer's apartment where Spencer directed Aaron to the bedroom, "Change into something more comfortable. I'll be right back."

Aaron toed off his shoes and shed his suit quickly. Wearing on boxers and a white undershirt, he crawled onto Spencer's bed and sighed as the soft mattress greeted him.

Spencer returned with a mug of steaming tea in his hand, "Aaron, drink this. It'll help you sleep."

"I don't want to sleep," Aaron argued even as he remained motionless on the bed.

Spencer grinned slightly as he placed the mug on the bedside table. He tugged the comforter from under Aaron, forcing the sick man to move. Spencer continued to turn down the bed before pointing to the freshly fluffed pillows.

Aaron didn't need a second invitation as he collapsed onto the pillows. Spencer tucked his lover in before lifting the mug to Aaron, "Drink just a little."

"What is it?" Aaron asked as he tried to smell of the steaming liquid. Unable to get even a small whiff of the tea, he looked to Spencer with heavy eyes.

"It's herbal tea to help a cold. Drink a little."

Aaron sipped the tea several times before he put the mug back on the bedside table, "I don't know if it's because of my cold or what, but that tastes awful."

Spencer grinned, "Why don't you get some sleep?"

"Only if you'll lay down with me for a little while."

"Okay, but just for a little while. I'm going to make you some chicken soup for later," Spencer spoke while moving to lay beside Aaron.

Aaron lay his head on Spencer's chest and sighed as he felt Spencer's warmth radiate through his chilled bones, "Who would have guessed that you'd be a domestic goddess?"

Spencer kissed the crown of Aaron's head, "Get some sleep. You can flatter me later."

Aaron smiled slightly before drifting off in peaceful sleep in the loving comfort of Spencer's arms.
