I was inspired to write this after I made a comment on the Eric/Greg discussion thread on TalkCSI. We were discussing Greg, CSI vs Grey's Anatomy, and I commented that Eric should have his own show and it should be called Greg's Anatomy. People loved it and thus the idea for this fic was born!
