Title: A Special Day

Summary: Future fic. Based upon the request - "CSI:NY, Mac/Danny/Don, a committed threesome and trinogamous".

It was a special day for the CSI team and their families or spouses.

In one room, Hawkes was trying to fix Don's tie. Don looked at the mirror and smiled. He sure looked good. He was wearing a suit, all black with white shirt and a black and silver stripped tie.

In another, Danny was pacing the room. Adam rolled his eyes, and sat in a chair. "Will you stop pacing, man! I'm getting dizzy!" Danny stopped and turned to Adam. "Sorry, I'm just nervous! What if...they change their minds?" Adam sighed and got up from the chair. He walked over to Danny, and put a hand on his shoulder. "Why should they change their mind? They love you...although, I don't know why!" Danny glared at Adam, and shook his head. He started to pace the room - again. Adam wasn't helping at all.

In the third room, Stella and Mac sat on one of the sofas. On the outside, he was trying hard to look calm, but on the inside, Mac filled with nerves and worry about what was happening in the next rooms. Stella's eyes started to water, as she looked at Mac. Mac was wearing a white suit, with black shirt and a white and silver tie. It was agreed that Don and Mac would wear a suit. Danny was going to be wearing black jeans with a loose white shirt. They knew that Danny would not be comfortable with a suit.

When it was time, they went out of their rooms, with their best buddies. Hawkes, Stella and Adam were walking down the aisle, and then Mac, Danny and Don took in a deep breath, and stepped into the room. Everyone turned and looked at them. Their families, Lindsay, Sid and everyone else were all there.

Once they got to the end of the asile, Danny in the middle, Don on the right and Mac on the left. Their hands were on top of each other, each smiling and grinning.

The registrar stood up and smiled at the three guys.

"We are gathered here to witness the marriage of Donald Flack, Danny Messer and Mac Taylor."

Later that night, in the privacy of their hotel room, Danny, Mac and Don were in bed together. They were all now married and they looked at the sparkling wedding rings on their left hands. Danny and Don took Mac's last name, because it was Mac who asked them to marry him. They had been together for 12 years. Mac kissed both of his husbands, his heart in joy at the thought of being married to the most gorgeous guys in the world, if not in the universe.

(Since 2015, it is legal for three (or more) people who are in a committed polygamous relationship to get married in a civil ceremony.)
