It was just a square, a box – a small box. Why the hell did it scare the hell out of him? Horatio stared at the box. It was maybe two by two inches. Something so small that could bring a man to his knees. Horatio snickered, well at least one knee.

He leaned back in his chair. Was he going to do this? Was he going to pop the question?

He grabbed the box and pocketed it. Quickly grabbing his keys, the redhead left the lab. He had a date and a question to ask.

He only hoped Speed would say yes.
