Speed looked out over the ocean. He leaned up against the balcony railing, thinking back on the past few days. Horatio had surprised him with a trip to Hawaii for their sixth month anniversary.

Then, on a walk along a deserted beach he surprised him again. He looked down at the platinum band on his ring finger. They had made vows to each other at sunset.

Horatio slipped his arms around his husband. “I love you.”

“I love you too.” Speed turned and took his partners lips in a passionate kiss. “So what do you have planned for our one year anniversary?”

“You’ll just have to wait and see.” Horatio pulled him back into the hotel room.
