The door closed with a soft 'thud' behind him and for a moment he rested against it, eyes closed, breathing in deeply, holding his breath for a second before releasing it slowly. He HATED the cases which involved Sam Brown and one of his casinos. Now all he wanted to do was to curl up in his lover's arms and forget about the whole night. When he entered his bedroom, his gaze fell upon his cushion. A smile crossed his face. A card lay upon it. It was the King of hearts and written upon it was "You are mine."
