Author's Notes: This is a string of firsts. My first CSI story. My first NC-17 story. My first PWP. Thank you. Thank you. This came about from a line in the second episode - Cool Change, which reran last night. "It's CSI 3 initiation, Nickey."-Gil.
Summary: Nick gets his CSI-3 initiation from Gil.

Nick wiped off his face and checked his shave in the mirror. Clean-shaven, just like he liked it. There was a knock on the bathroom door as Nick splashed his face again. "Come on in."

The door opened, and Gil slipped in. He stepped behind Nick and caught his eye in the mirror. "You missed a spot of shaving cream." He reached up and wiped it off with his thumb. "There, nice and clean." Gil wrapped his arms around Nick and smiled. "I'm assuming I'm going to get some tonight."

Nick smiled and slid a hand into Gil's. "Explain to me why I have to shave every night we have sex."

"Because, Nickey, we work with people who will notice if I have stubble chafing."

"You give me stubble chafing." Nick turned around and jumped up on the counter. He hooked his ankles around Gil's thighs and pulled him as close as he could. "Why do you get to give me stubble burn?"

"Because I outrank you." Gil licked Nick's jawline. "And you don't complain."

"Hard to do when it makes everything an erogenous zone. Mmmm." Nick tilted his head back and let Gil at his collarbone. He raised his arms and smoothed his hands down the other man's back. Gil had already taken off his shirt, and Nick never wore one while shaving, so they were already half-naked. Nick palmed Gil's nipples and then used his thumbs to tilt Gil's head up to kiss him.

They played a non-scoring match of dueling tongues, and Nick poked his tongue into the middle of Gil's bottom lip as he ran his fingernails down the back of his ribcage. The double-stimulation caused an uncontrollable bucking of Gil's hips, and Nick smiled. "I always like that response."

Gil leaned in a pressed his palm to the right of Nick's navel and watched him jerk forward. "I like that response better."

They teased each other a few minutes longer until, half-stumbling, they fell onto Gil's bed. Their hands got tangled as they reached for one another's belts, and Nick let out a triumphant yell when he got Gil's off first. He made quick work of the button and zipper and decided that between his hand and Gil's underwear he could have some fun.

He gave an experimental squeeze and felt Gil back again. Nick grinned and turned the squeeze into a firm caress. He licked Gil's bottom lip again and set the other man's back arching. He moaned at the added pressure on his hand and didn't notice as Gil got his pants undone. He did notice when a rough, sweaty hand started stroking him.

Nick arched and gasped and started chanting. "OhgodOhgodGilGilGilGilOh godOhgod." He tried to keep up his rubbing of Gil but failed when all motor skills above bucking and thrashing were shut down.

The hand on his dick loosened, and Nick felt the near-orgasmic swell fade back slightly. He reasserted his concentration and attempted to resume his teasing and rubbing of Gil's dick. He didn't get a chance as Gil stopped his hand.

"CSI 3 initiation, Nickey-boy. You have to be completely passive." Gil tightened his hand back on Nick's dick and Nick fell back.

A thumb brushed the head, fingers squeezed his balls, nails raked his shaft, and Nick though from sure that if his small heard didn't explode soon, his big one would.

Then Gil licked him, from his balls to his slit and it was over. Nick screamed, chanted Gil's name, and because boneless as he felt spurts of semen run down his dick and onto his stomach. He dozed off for a few seconds and came to with the sight of Gil licked him clean. He felt himself harden again.

"Shit, Gil. Stop that."

The other man looked back and grinned at Nick's new erection. "Looks like more initiation." He licked the spot be Nick's navel, and then settled back down between the other man's thighs. He tried one long lick and decided to see how long it would take Nickey to come if he didn't actually touch his dick.

Initiation was fun.
