"He's late you know..." David sighed, tapping his finger against his leg. Diana was curled up on the armrest, napping quietly, as per usual after dinner. Apollo and Minerva paused in their game of chase to look up at their human curiously. "He's been late a lot."

Diana's ear twitched a few times, her blue eyes cracking open just enough to glare at David.

"Do you think I'm obsessing?" David asked her, rubbing her tummy. Diana only closed her eyes again and rolled onto her back, fully enjoying her belly rub. David rolled his eyes. "You don't care at all, do you?"

Apollo and Minerva stared at him a little longer, fuzzy heads cocked curiously to the side.

"What do you guys think?"

Apollo blinked at him, then looked to Minerva. Minerva looked back, and promptly tackled her brother to the floor.

David sighed.
