Most think Speed is a cynical asshole, but most would be wrong.

Horatio smiled down at his sleeping lover. They didn’t know about his passionate side or his romantic tendencies.

On those days when it was just too much, Speed would get home first just to draw a bath so the two of them could relax. Afterwards, he would give Horatio a back massage, which led to slow sensual love making.

There were times Horatio would come home to a romantic candlelight dinner with his favorite foods. Dessert was usually in their bed, eaten off slick bodies.

Horatio was the only one who knew about this side of his lover and he preferred it that way.
