Horatio shook his head. It was hard for him to believe that it had only been days since he had asked Speed out to dinner. Just days, three to be exact, since Speed had become his lover. His thoughts turned to the younger man. The taste of him; the feel of his body. The amount of love in his eyes, when Speed looked at him.

He ran a hand through his hair and sighed. He wasn’t sure what to do. Speed was the one for him, he knew that. But are three days enough to make this big a decision?

He looked up at the patient salesperson. “That one.” He pointed at a platinum wedding band. “He’ll love it.”

He decided to have it engraved ‘Moments in Time’.
