He never wanted this dream to end.

Ryan held Greg's hand as they walked along the Parisian street in the sunshine, feeling relaxed and comfortable.

This whole trip had been like a dream come true, he thought with a soft smile. He'd enjoyed it more than he had ever thought he could, and they still had another four days here before they'd have to pack and get on a plane for Vegas.

Paris had been wonderful; he felt that he and Greg had grown even closer since they'd been here, celebrating their love in a city known for romance.

Who would have thought that there was so much to see? He'd known that there was a lot to do in Paris, but it felt as though they'd filled every day with sightseeing and exploring, and they still hadn't seen everything.

He had to laugh ruefully at that. One never saw everything.

But still, they had seen a lot. They'd decided to just walk around the city again today, to explore the small shops and bistros.

Even that felt soothing and relaxing in a way that he hadn't expected. Paris was helping them both to shed the stress that they usually dealt with in some form or other when they were at home, especially when they were on the job.

This trip had been so good for them, both as a couple and as individuals. Ryan made a mental note to thank Russell again when they got home.

Greg squeezed his hand, turning to look at him as they ambled along. Ryan was sure that he could feel his heart melting when his boyfriend smiled.

"Are you having a good time, baby?" he asked, his voice very soft. He really didn't have to ask; he could tell by the expression on Greg's face that his lover was relaxed and happy, and that he was thoroughly enjoying Paris.

"You bet!" Greg answered enthusiastically. "I've seen so many places that I've only read about before. This has been the best vacation ever!"

Ryan had to laugh at that, but he fully agreed with Greg.

It had been a wonderful vacation, one that he would be sorry to see end. It had been like a dream, the nights in their hotel suite making love, the days spent exploring a city that was full of romance and passion.

"I've had a great time here, too," he said softly, returning the gentle pressure on his hand. "And it's not over yet. We've still got a few more days."

"Then let's make the most of them!" Greg said, beaming. His voice turned soft then, and more serious. "I've had the time of my life here, Ryan. Mostly because it's a dream I've had for a long time to come here, and I'm sharing it with you."

Those words made Ryan smile. "I feel exactly the same way," he murmured, his heart and soul echoing his words.

This was a wonderful dream, one that he would always remember.
