While Nick was showering to go to work, Gil lay basking in the afterglow of the fantastic orgasm he had just experienced. Even after all this time, Nick could still take him to the moon and back. Gil really shouldn't have been surprised, though. Nick had always maintained that if you were good at something, it showed. You didn't have to advertise, it just happened.

Gil knew that to be true regarding several things about Nick. He was an excellent CSI, a damned good cook, and one hell-of-a-lover. Gil had wondered many times over the years if there was something Nick Stokes couldn't do. He gave up trying to figure out what that something was and just decided to roll with the flow.

Gil knew he was a lucky man to have such a talented husband. He was doubly lucky that Nick was not the conceited type. When complimented, Nick just gave his patented “Aw-shucks shrug and grin”. As Gil drifted off to sleep, Nick kissed him deeply and told him he was leaving for work. Gil smiled and drifted off to sleep.....
