It took him a few seconds to realize that Greg was talking and since he was still trying to catch his breath it took another minute before he could get himself to respond, "What?"

Greg shifted a little, smirking when his movement caused Nick to groan and only then did he realize he was still inside of Greg. He couldn't get himself to move so, instead, he asked, "What were you saying?"

Greg grinned. "I was saying we should go to Europe."

Nick raised his head a little, just enough to be able to look into Greg's eyes. "Can't we talk about this later?"

"What's wrong with now?"

"Well," Nick drawled, finally lifting himself from Greg's body and shaking his head at the little sound of disappointment that Greg made when he did. "All I want to do now is take a shower, G."

Greg waited for Nick to settle down next to him before he moved his hand towards his own stomach, cleaning it lazily with his fingers and never taking his eyes off of Nick's while he did. He smirked as he raised his hand to his mouth and slowly licked his fingers. "Are you sure about that, Nick?"

Nick took a deep breath and said, "That's it, G. No more porn for you." He tried to sound casual but his vocal chords weren't cooperating and his voice wavered off, ending in a moan when Greg's tongue darted out to lick his lips.

"You're not playing fair, Greg."

"Europe," was all Greg had to say and there was a determined look on his face that made Nick realize that he wasn't getting out of this discussion without a fight. And it wasn't like this was the first time Greg brought up their holiday, but Nick had always managed to change the subject and for some reason he had thought that Greg hadn't noticed him doing that. Now he wasn't too sure about that anymore.

"Europe," he echoed, wondering what happened to Greg's earlier comments about wanting to spend his holiday surfing. Not that it mattered to Nick because he'd basically follow Greg anywhere, it didn't really matter. All that bothered him was the fact that all of his previous relationships had pretty much ended when they had gone on holiday together. And part of him wanted to think that that would never happen to them, but the other part didn't want to take the chance. That part being the part that liked to play it safe and he usually listened to it. He sighed and shook his head when he caught sight of Greg's arched eyebrow and he tried to smile reassuringly at the other man. More for his own benefit than Greg's.

"Europe," he whispered softly, lifting his arm to be able to run his fingers through Greg's hair, surprised when Greg swatted his hand away.

"You're doing it again," Greg said.

Now it was Nick's turn to raise his eyebrow and he asked, "What?"

"You're trying to distract me."

So Greg did know he had been trying to avoid this conversation, and, of course, he should have known since he had discovered a long time ago that Greg was one of the most perceptive people he had ever met. "I'm not," he pretended not to notice Greg rolling his eyes at him and continued, "Really. It's just..."

His voice trailed off once again and now he found himself looking at Greg and it suddenly hit him that whatever the part of him that played things safe was suggesting, it didn't really matter. Not anymore. Because this was Greg and whatever they were doing together, safe wasn't the word that came to mind when he thought about the two of them together. So why the hell should he start listening now and miss the opportunity to go some place with Greg where they could be together? Just the two of them. He nodded slowly and said, "Fine."

"What?" Greg asked, confusion clearly visible in his eyes, a look that Nick found particularly entertaining since he didn't get to see it all that often. "What's fine, Nick?"

You. Us. Together. He wasn't too sure anymore about what he had been referring to earlier, but when he finally made up his mind he simply said, "Europe."
