Catherine was at it again, it had become a reoccuring event.

Everyday Catherine set eyes on Sara she would convince herself that she didn’t really like Sara, deep down she did, deep down she had a thing for Sara.

How could anyone not have a think for Sara thought Catherine, come on those beautiful brown questioning eyes, that beautiful brown hair that looked stunning in every style it was worn and those smiles.

The thing Catherine definitely loved most about Sara was her smile.

It was not her “that’s not funny but I’ll smile anyway” smile.

It was not her “talking about case breaking evidence found by me the genius Sara Sidle and not Grissom” smile.

It was not her “I’m terribly nervous and uncomfortable so leave me the hell alone” smile.

It was not her “Dealing with Greg Saunders, if he doesn’t give me the god damn results he’ll be examining his own stomach lining with his microscope that I will momentarily be shoving down his throat” smile.

It was not her “I’m so tired, on my third consecutive shift and I’m going to pass out if someone doesn’t bring my some coffee very very soon.” Smile.

It was her “I’m truly happy smiles.”

Catherine loves this smile the most for 2 reasons.

One, she is captured by the magic of the gap. Sara has the most amazing and strangely sexy gap in her front teeth. Catherine can only describe as lickable, absolutely lickable.

Two. Catherine could never understand why. Every so often she would receive such a glorious gift; the mystery of Sara’s best smile intrigued her.

As Catherine stared out the glass lab window Sara walked past, Catherine catching her eye and flashing her quiet clearly her best smile.
