It was just the break room on a Wednesday night but you still stare at the walls like they’re going to give up all the answers. It’s never simple is it? Love, that is. It sneaks up on you, it bites you in the ass and it never makes it easy on you. It’s not that Catherine is a bad choice, after all she’s smart, beautiful, and great at her job. Any man would want her. But that’s just it. She could have any man she wanted and you’re not it. Not a man that is. You’re just Sara and so you decide to ignore the feelings you’re having, they’ll go away in time, just ask Grissom. But when she walks into the room and hands you a cup of that shitty coffee and your fingers brush hers, those feelings refuse to be ignored.
