Sara was sitting on the couch in front of an open fire, reading a book. It had been a while since she and Catherine had had some time off together, and now, the strawberry blonde had decided to go off on a shopping spree –specifically telling Sara she should stay at home.

So, after some grumping and muttering about the fact that she wanted to come along because she wanted to spend time together, Sara finally gave in, deciding that some quiet time to read was also something she’d missed for quite a while now.

After an hour the brunette heard the front door being opened. Back already? she thought. It was so unlike Catherine to be back that soon when she went out to do some serious shopping.

Looking up from her book she was met by sparkling sapphire eyes and a sneaky, small smirk.

“Back already?” The younger woman voiced her thoughts.

“Yep,” Catherine started as she slowly walked over to where Sara was sitting, an extra sway in her hips.

The brunette gulped audibly as she noticed the look Catherine was sending her. That seductive look that always got to her…

“Got what I needed,” Catherine said as she reached for the book Sara was holding and placed it on the coffee table. She replaced the book with a box, practically the same size as the book, though heavier.

The strawberry blonde sat down next to Sara’s long legs that she had propped up on the couch and locked eyes with the brunette. “Open it,” she whispered as she placed her hand on Sara’s leg, giving it a little squeeze.

Sara did as she was told and opened the box. Her eyes opened wide as she noticed what was inside. As her eyes locked on Catherine’s again, she saw the lust, the desire that was in them.

The older woman leaned in, claiming Sara’s lips in a fierce, demanding kiss. “I’ll be in our bedroom,” she whispered against the brunette’s lips, then stood up, leaving a flustered Sara behind.

It didn’t take long for Sara to get her train of thoughts back on track, and so she quickly stood up as well, putting the box on the table and taking its content along with her as she headed after Catherine.

Oh, yes, Sara thought, smiling as she looked at the handcuffs she held in her hand. I should let her go on shopping sprees more often.

The End
