"Did I do anything stupid last night?" Nick asked, grabbing a bottle of water from the fridge. Bending over intensified his headache, and he began massaging his temples.

"Other than repeatedly telling me you loved me? Not really," Greg smirked.

Nick froze.

"I what?" He tried to sound casual.

"Oh yeah, you were quite amorous."

Nick began to panic. He was always too truthful when he drank, but he never thought he would admit his feelings for Greg.

"You were all 'I love you, man!'" Greg mimicked.

Realizing the context of his 'revelation,' Nick relaxed. His secret was still safe.
